Yes, you can usually toggle between different currencies on our website. Use the currency selector in the menu to choose your preferred currency. All prices on our website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) by default.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day. Orders received by 8 AM on working days will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 8 AM will be queued for processing the next working day. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to guarantee any amendments. We strongly advise reviewing your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Delay can be expected during peak or sale period.

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we cannot retroactively apply a discount code. Please ensure to enter the code before completing your purchase.

Generally, it's recommended to place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-orders/backorders. If you have a combination of pre-order/backorder items and in-stock items in the same order, the entire order will be held until all items are available. Consider placing separate orders for faster processing.

Yes, at LOOKWHOWEARWHAT, we make every effort to provide accurate and high-quality images of our products. However, it's important to note that slight variations in colour may occur due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions. We recommend considering these factors when making colour-related decisions.


Our return policy allows you to return only regular-priced items within 30 days (local orders) or 45 days (international orders) of receiving your order via mail. You will bear all additional shipping fees. You are advised to mail your return package via a mode that allows tracking.

A handling fee of $2 for each processed return item will be deducted from the Store Credits issued. Store Credits will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Yes, we offer free exchanges on your first round of purchases*. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges can only be for merchandise of the same product and colour but different sizes. If your size has run out, you may wish to select your next preferred merchandise of equal or higher value.

For any subsequent exchanges, there will be a handling fee of SGD2 and a shipping fee of SGD5 (local delivery).

*Note that you must bear any shipping fees when you return the product.

An item is considered defective if there are manufacturing defects that significantly impact the overall appearance of the apparel. Examples of manufacturing defects that would make an item defective include large stains that are clearly visible, holes in the fabric, or any issues that substantially affect the overall look and functionality of the apparel.

Minor variations in measurements that are within 1 inch are not considered defects. These variations are within the acceptable tolerance range and are not considered to significantly impact the overall quality or appearance of the item.

If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately. All defective or incorrect items has to reach us within 30 days (local) or 45 days (international) from dispatch date of orders. Items have to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its tag intact & in resalable condition. If replacement item is out of stock, we will proceed with issuing you Store Credits.

To qualify for free local delivery, your order must meet a minimum checkout purchase requirement of SGD100. Details about eligibility will be provided during the checkout process.

If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, first, check with neighbours or family members. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.

In most cases, couriers make two attempts before defaulting them as failed attempts. After two attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. Any order with incorrect or incomplete information may result in unsuccessful deliveries. When this situation arises, there will be an additional charge for redelivery - SGD5 for local delivery and SGD15 for international delivery.
