By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and represent that you:

1. Have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the following terms and conditions,
2. Accept, comply with, and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink,
3. Represent that all information you provide in connection with such an order is true and accurate, and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided.

 

These Terms apply to all website users, including, without limitation, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Any new features or tools added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to the website.

  

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you warrant that:

1. All information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete;
2. You are 18 years of age or older to access and/or use the Site; 
3. You will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without LOOKWHOWEARWHAT's prior written authorisation;
4. You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein.

 

Where a user account and password have been created, you must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to deactivate any user account at any time if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.

 

  

PERSONAL DATA 

We may collect, use and disclose personal data you provide to us to supply the product to you, process your payment for the product, send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. Our Privacy Policy governs your submission of personal information through the store.

 

 

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree and undertake not to:

1. Use the Site for illegal purposes or other than in conformance with the acceptable use policies of any connected computer networks, any applicable Internet standards and any other applicable laws;
2. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
3. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to or otherwise interfere or disrupt other computer systems or networks connected to the Site, interfere with another's utilisation and enjoyment of the Site, or use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Site's data or damage or interfere with the operation of another customer's computer or mobile device or the Site; 
4. Post, promote or transmit through the Site any information, graphics, photographs, data and/or any other material that contains any computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, program or macro; infringes any third-party intellectual property or any other proprietary rights; is defamatory, libellous or threatening; is obscene, pornographic, indecent, counterfeited, fraudulent, stolen, harmful or otherwise illegal under any applicable law; and/or is or may be construed as offensive and/or otherwise objectionable, in our sole opinion.

 

 

GENERAL

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT.com is available daily, except for days required for maintenance or other work requiring the website to be offline. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT operates Mondays to Fridays, from 10 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays in Singapore. For any enquiry, please email us at hello@lookwhowearwhat.com with your order number in your subject. Emails will be attended to in 1-3 working days. Please refrain from sending multiple emails for the same enquiry within this period, as it would push your enquiry back, resulting in further delay. Delays in our email replies can be expected during peak and sale periods.

 

Adding item(s) to your cart does not signify that you have successfully purchased the item(s). Your item(s) and order are only secured upon completing payment. Please ensure you have added the correct item(s) in the correct colour/size before checking out. We are unable to guarantee any amendment of orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed for any delayed notification by you. Please also ensure your correct and complete address, along with your contact number, is provided. Any order with incomplete or incorrect information may result in unsuccessful or delayed deliveries or returns.

 

Orders are processed every working day until 10 AM. Orders received after 10 AM will be queued for processing the next working day. All orders will be deemed irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you. A combination of orders for a single delivery can be arranged if your order (s) are made within the same day and not yet processed. If you wish to have your orders combined, kindly email hello@lookwhowearwhat.com with your order numbers on the subject title.

 

The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT retains the right to refuse any request made by you. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after receiving an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. Our acceptance of your order will occur when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will exist between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these T&Cs (an "Order"). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

 

We will inform you if we cannot process your order. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

 

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on our website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) by default.

 

Depending on your choice and destination, you may shop in other currencies. We currently offer the Malaysian ringgit (MYR), Australian dollar (AUD), British pound (GBP), and United States dollar (USD).

 

Currency conversions available for your destination are only an estimate provided based on prevailing exchange rates, which can differ from the amount charged by PayPal or your bank. The actual amount transacted may differ from the converted prices displayed on the website.

 

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT reserves the right to change all prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you if merchandise displays an incorrect price, whether due to typographical or other errors. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall credit your account for the incorrect price or cancel your order, whichever is necessary.

 

We accept payment via PayPal, which supports VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and many other major online credit/debit card payments.

 

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT fully absorbs transaction fees charged by PayPal.

 

 

PRODUCTS

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT reserves the right but is not obligated to limit the sales of products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

 

We try to be accurate in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions or variances in computer screen calibration. However, we strive to ensure that screen colours are as true to life as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

 

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT reserves the right to limit the quantities of any offered products or services. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

 

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Discounts are only valid if the discount codes are entered at the time of purchase. We cannot apply discounts to your order once it has been placed. Discount codes cannot be stacked. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or extended. All discount codes used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.

 

Promotions including, but not limited to, loyalty programmes, member discounts, flash sales, giveaways, and contests can and may be time limited. Any benefits awarded during this time, or provided with an end or expiration date, are not extendable.

 

Any benefits awarded to specific individuals, such as winners of giveaways or content, are strictly for personal use.

 

Misusing such benefits for profiteering or intention of fraud or abuse will render it void.

 

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT reserves the right to verify the contents of orders and to cancel or charge full price for items purchased on orders suspected of having been misappropriated or abused following substantial reports.

 

 

BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Backorders may be opened for sold-out items, and pre-orders may be opened to encourage pre-sales. Orders with backorder/pre-order and in-stock items will be held until your complete order can be fulfilled. Additional charges may apply for any further arrangement for separate delivery.

 

The estimated arrival date at our warehouse will be stated in the backorder/pre-order product description, subject to unforeseeable delays. Dispatch of backorders will be completed within 1-2 working days upon arrival.

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order's delivery cost will be displayed to you on our Site. We offer international shipping, and you may refer to our FAQs for more details.

 

After processing and fulfilment, all packages are tracked and shipped from our Singapore office via our selected third-party delivery partners. Delays in order processing and delivery can be expected during peak and sale periods. Any delivery dates stated during the order process are estimates only.

 

The tracking number for your package will be updated upon dispatch and emailed to you.

 

Once your package has been handed over to our third-party delivery partners, it is their responsibility of them, and LOOKWHOWEARWHAT shall not be responsible for any lost parcels if substantial proof of delivery can be provided. Any reports of lost packages will be escalated to the respective third-party delivery partner. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims, if any, on a case-by-case basis.

 

The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you provided us. You own the product, which is the subject of your order, once we have received payment in full for your order. Any unclaimed parcels returned or failed delivery due to an error on your part will incur a redelivery fee.

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and other charges are the recipient's responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If your order requires these additional charges, you must pay for your package to clear customs.

 

Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by LOOKWHOWEARWHAT. We will not be liable for the additional customs/tax charges incurred. We have no control over these charges as customs policies and tax and handling fees differ for every country, and we cannot predict your particular charges. Please get in touch with your local delivery service or import authorities if you have any questions regarding the charges.

 

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT will fully absorb sales taxes charged by authorised payment gateways. We will, however, not be liable for additional taxes incurred by customs/shipping or taxes imposed by the bank for currency conversions.

 

 

RETURN

Our Return Policy applies only to merchandise purchased on our website - lookwhowearwhat.com. Any LOOKWHOWEARWHAT merchandise purchased through third parties is not covered under our Return Policy.

 

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT provides returns and exchanges for all regular-priced items. Returns and exchanges are unavailable to all Sale items (including items purchased during flash sales, intimates, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items). 

 

All defective items are to reach us within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date for orders made in Singapore or 45 calendar days for international orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact in resalable condition. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.

 

For returns to be valid, the request for the return of items must be submitted and mailed back within the stipulated time frame. You will bear all additional shipping fees. Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable.

 

You are advised to mail your return package via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT will not be liable for any lost return packages and will be unable to process your return if it does not reach us. All return packages will be your responsibility.

 

A handling fee of S$2 for each return processed will be deducted from the Store Credits issued. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will expire after 6 months.

 

Store Credits will be issued once your return is processed, which will be credited to your account and can be used (partially or in full) to offset online purchases only. We do not offer cash refunds for returns. Returns that do not fulfil all conditions will be duly declined, and a redelivery fee will be required.

 

All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved or guaranteed.

 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are valid for change of size and/or colours only and must be requested within 7 days of receipt. You are limited to a one-time exchange per order. Exchanges can only be arranged for items in stock and orders shipped locally.

 

You may submit a request for an exchange within the stipulated time frame. An additional fee of S$5.00 for a one-on-one exchange via courier is applicable and payable before arrangement. The exchange will be arranged via courier only once approved by us.

  

Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed, unworn and unscented condition. Merchandise must have all original tags and original clear packaging intact, in a resalable condition.

  

Sales items, intimates, accessories and specifically stated non-exchangeable items are not eligible for exchange.

 

Your exchange will only be confirmed when we give you confirmation via email. No prior reservation of items is guaranteed before our acknowledgement and confirmation.

 

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

We apologise for any error made with your order. If you believe you have received the wrong item, at hello@lookwhowearwhat.com with your order number and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. The maximum refund for postage costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer product delivery within 7-21 days at one cost, but you choose to have the product delivered within a shorter period at a higher cost. We will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

 

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

An item is considered defective once the overall look of the apparel (when worn) is affected. These manufacturing defects are evident at the point of receipt, such as large stains, holes, pills, missing buttons, faulty zippers and sewing errors. Minor variations in measurement (within 1 inch) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. Treatment of your product with bleach, strong detergents, high heat (e.g. dryer) or soaking may result in unintended damage to your items. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT will not be able to offer a replacement or refund if so.

  

Examples of other minor imperfections that are unlikely to reduce the overall look of the item and hence not deemed as defects are:

1. The placement of prints for printed items will differ for every piece due to the fabric cut;
2. The slight discrepancy in representation of product colours due to lighting differences;
3. Dirt material or technical markings that can be easily washed off;
4. Variation in measurements (within our acceptable tolerance) between pieces of the same design that do not affect the item when worn;
5. Small dotted stains on light-coloured items that are not in obvious places;
6. Loose threads, loose buttons and any other reason similar in effect where it is easily rectifiable.

All other reasons for a request for return or exchange will be considered case by case.

 

If you believe you have received a defective item, at hello@lookwhowearwhat.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.

 

LOYALTY PROGRAM

If you participate in the loyalty program, you agree to the following:

1. Your points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash;
2. You must present your email address when you wish to collect points;
3. Your points and rewards cannot be transferred, brought, sold or in any way traded;
4. You can check your points and rewards on your online account. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail;
5. Points earned and/or redeemed will be updated on your online account within a reasonable period of your transaction;
6. You can use your points to redeem rewards only via your online account.

 

Points are earned on all purchases except gift cards, coupon codes, store credits, delivery and carrier charges unless otherwise indicated.

 

Each reward can only be used once towards the partial or full payment of regular-priced products. Unless otherwise stated, rewards cannot be used with other promotions, offers or discounts. All points obtained will expire at the end of the calendar year (31 December). 

 

We reserve the right to change, modify (including how points will be earned and redeemed and what rewards will be available), terminate, discontinue or cancel the program at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, termination, or any part of the program or its terms will be effective upon publication of those changes on the Site.

 

Your continued participation in the program will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the program.

 

 

STORE CREDIT

All returns are refunded via Store Credit unless stated otherwise.

 

1. Store Credit can only be used online at lookwhowearwhat.com and is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or account.
2. Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date unless otherwise informed.
3. Store Credit cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
4. Store Credit can be stacked with discounts.
5. Store Credit can be used in partial or in full.
6. Orders with Store Credits used, whether partial or full amounts, cannot be returned.

 

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can only be used online at lookwhowearwhat.com, and is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable.

Available Gift Card values will automatically be used on your order.

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

We will not be able to amend any details of the Gift Card after confirmation of purchase.

 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

LOOKWHOWEARWHAT is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute, or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without LOOKWHOWEARWHAT's prior written permission. You are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material available on the Site.

 

 

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites not affiliated with or owned, operated, or controlled by LOOKWHOWEARWHAT, including third-party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that LOOKWHOWEARWHAT is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Site, you expressly relieve LOOKWHOWEARWHAT from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third-party website.

 

We encourage you to review any third-party website's terms and conditions and privacy policies before using them and disclosing your personal data.

 

 

USER AGREEMENT

By using and replying to our Instagram comment with #LOOKWHOWEARWHAT and providing your permission, you represent and warrant that you own the image and there are no other entities with ownership claims over it. You grant LOOKWHOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies the non-exclusive and non-revocable commercial right to reproduce the image in any form (including, but not limited to, social media posting, website usage, paid advertising, emails, publication, and distribution), either through our services or services provided by third parties, throughout the world in any medium now known or later developed and without restriction or limitation.

 

While LOOKWHWOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies will make commercially reasonable efforts to give you credit for your photo and provide a link back to your account, you agree that such credit is not mandatory and your permission for us to use your image is not contingent upon such credit being given.

 

You waive any right to inspect and/or approve the finished work incorporating the image or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use of which said finished work may be applied. Further, you waive any claims to royalties with regard to your image or our finished work.

 

If your image contains personal information, you retain the right to revoke approval and request removal of the finished work at any time. Your personal information may be transferred to servers outside the country where you live or to affiliates or other trusted third parties based in other countries so that they may process personal information on LOOKWHOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies behalf. By agreeing to LOOKWHOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies use of your image, you agree to such collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing of your information in accordance with the terms of this Image Use Agreement, LOOKWHOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies' privacy policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations. Additionally, you agree to LOOKWHOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies' Privacy Policy.

 

Last, you agree that if any provision, or any portion of any provision, contained herein is determined to be invalid under any statute or rule of law, then it shall, to that extent alone, be deemed omitted, and the remainder of this Image Use Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Image Use Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

 

If you don't agree to these terms, we completely understand, and all you need to do is to remove the hashtag #lookwhowearwhat from the image, and we'll omit usage. We are thrilled to see LOOKWHOWEARWHAT Pte Ltd and affiliated companies as a part of your page and look forward to seeing any new photos you post.

 

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. 

 

We are and shall be under no obligation:

1. To maintain any comments in confidence
2. To pay compensation for any comments
3. To respond to any comments

 

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.

 

You agree that your comments will not violate any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any computer virus or other malware that could affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments you or any third-party posted.

 

 

 WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

The Site, its services and all information provided herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, other than those imposed by law, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any warranty, condition, guarantee, term or representation:

1. As to the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and validity of any content or material on the Site.
2. The functions on the Site will be secure, uninterrupted or error-free.
3. That any defects will be corrected.

 

Any such warranties, conditions, terms and representations are specifically excluded. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials on the Site, including factual or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. You expressly agree that your use and/or site access is at your sole risk.

 

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any liability arising from:

1. Improper remedy of defective products, alteration of the products, unsuitable or improper use, wilful damage, negligence, or other misuse of the products, as well as fair wear and tear, by you or any third party;
2. Third party claims, whether directly or indirectly caused by, or relating to, the content of our Site and the products purchased on or through our Site; 
3. Any warranties are provided under these T&Cs if the total price for the product has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.

 

You further acknowledge and agree that your access and use of the Site is dependent on third party service providers such as internet, network, connectivity or other link providers. Your payment for any product purchased from the Site is processed by third party payment system providers, and LOOKWHOWEARWHAT does not retain or process any such payment information. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT cannot guarantee the security of such third party payment system(s) or any payment data on the Site. LOOKWHOWEARWHAT is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third parties and disclaims any liability concerning the acts, omissions or defaults of such third parties. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, LOOKWHOWEARWHAT is not responsible for the results of any credit inquiry, the availability or performance of the internet, your connection to the internet or the actions or inaction of any other person or entity, including any internet service provider. Using the Site, you expressly relieve LOOKWHOWEARWHAT from any liability concerning such third parties' acts, omissions or defaults.

 

To the extent permissible at law: 

1. We shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any Order;
2. Our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total sums paid by you for products under such order.

 

 

INDEMNITIES

You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:

1. Your access to, use of and/or participation in this Site;
2. Breaches of your obligations under these T&Cs;
3. Your violation of any rights of another person or entity; 
4. Your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law.

 

 

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
